These are the reasons:
1) Whatsapp is a social media messaging app owned by Facebook. Your personal data is being collected by Facebook.
2) SJMC does not permit transmission of sensitive healthcare data via Whatsapp
3) Doing so is not compliant with the PDPA and Telemedicine regulations of Malaysia
I prefer to use a proper Telemedicine platform if you wish to seek health advice or consultation using online means
